All purchases made through Backbar Vending machines are final.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of product malfunction, vending error, or machine failure, at the sole discretion of Backbar Vending.
To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase and report the issue within 7 days.

Each party will bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise required by law. By using this website and Backbar Vending services, you waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings against Backbar Vending.
