No Returns or Refunds
All sales made through Backbar Vending machines are final.

- We do not accept product returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to):

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection which with our vending machine would be unlikely as you pick right from the shelves.

Product dissatisfaction

Exceptions – Machine Errors Only
Refunds will only be considered if a vending machine malfunction occurs, such as:

Payment accepted but product not dispensed

Dispensing error (wrong item delivered due to machine error)
